On Line With ISVI

During the current school year ISVI has operated with two full-time substitute teachers in two classrooms due to teacher vacancies. During this time I have had several parents and interested parties contact me to monitor this scenario. The information being sought was when we would be hiring full-time replacement teachers. I am pleased to share with you that ISVI and DHS Administration have been communicating to resolve this situation and now have the approval to move forward with filling these positions for the 2009-10 school year. This is great news for ISVI and for all of our students!

I appreciate everyone’s patience during this school year as we worked through this situation. I also appreciate everyone’s support and help provided to our substitute teachers in these classes, and others, throughout the year.

In a time of tough economics for everyone I am pleased that we are able to fill these positions. Thank you to everyone for your part in making ISVI a great place for our students!
