FOR: All students age 17 and over

The 3-day summit will take place July 23-25 at the University of Illinois at Springfield. There is no cost to attend; lodging, food, and necessary accommodations are provided by the Statewide Independent Living Council. Thirty young adults will be selected.

Requirements for being considered:
--Demonstrate or have a desire for leadership development in your school and community
--Be between the ages of 17 and 24
--Submit application, two letters of recommendation and an essay response to four topics

Deadline for application is May 15.
