New Sport at ISVI — Sport Stacking
ISVI has a new sport. In Physical Education the students are learning Sport Stacking. It is a timed sport that requires coordination and concentration. It takes a lot of skill to quickly stack the cups in a pyramid fashion and then un-stack them. Thank you Coach Raabe and Coach Chambers for keeping P.E. interesting.

Mrs. Hauck’s Class—Exploring Another Career
Mrs. Hauck’s Career’s Class likes to have guests come so that they can hear about different types of careers. This time they had a guest who happens to be the school Principal’s husband. He has a construction company and he spoke to the class about construction work and the students got to try on a safety helmet, safety glasses, and gloves. They talked a lot about safety and then Mr. McGovern showed them some large construction toys to demonstrate different types of heavy equipment.
