I. Roll Call/Introductions
Dr. Michael Zost, Chairperson, called the meeting to order. Each person present introduced himself or herself. Today’s meeting was not considered an official meeting due to the lack of enough members present to establish a quorum.
Approval of Minutes/Adoption of Agenda
Everyone was asked to review the minutes from the March 23rd, 2007 meeting for any changes or additions. The minutes were not approved due to not enough members to meet a quorum.
Superintendent Joan Forney, Interim Superintendent
In today’s packet of information everyone was provided an annual report from each department. Mrs. Forney introduced Dr. Paul Thurston who is representing the Superintendent search firm of Hazard, Young, and Attea. On June 11th and June 12th the interview committee will meet to go over candidate applications and interview questions. Other topics included sharing information on:

This year at ISVI we will be presenting a Visionary Award. This will be awarded to Dr. Taylor for his many years of service to ISVI.

Nominating, Membership & Bylaws
Dr. Zost would like to see the by laws re-written. We have several members who fail to attend the required meetings and feels that the Advisory Board members need to be more accountable.
